Cancellation Policy for Personal Training Sessions

It’s important to acknowledge that unexpected situations may arise, leading to necessary adjustments in scheduled personal training sessions. To maintain fairness and transparency, my 24-hour cancellation policy is outlined below:

Client Cancellation:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a session. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session, where rescheduling on the same day is not possible, the client is responsible for the full session fee.

Trainer Cancellation:

Trainers must give the client a minimum of 24 hours' notice in case of a session cancellation. If a trainer cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the trainer commits to providing an additional session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may occur if both the trainer and client mutually agree, either verbally or in writing, to modify the terms based on specific circumstances.
